Using BusinessLeadSearch
BusinessLeadSearch lets you create an account, search for businesses, save and manage delivered business records, record notes and statuses, and contact support. These terms explain how the service, credits and refunds work.
Your account responsibilities
You are responsible for the information you provide, keeping your sign-in credentials secure, and the searches, saved notes and other activity you carry out through your account. Contact support if you believe your account has been used without your permission. Do not send account credentials or full card details to support.
Business-record limitations
The service provides business records and available contact details. Information can be incomplete, incorrect or out of date. Availability varies, and you should verify a record before outreach.
BusinessLeadSearch does not guarantee owner names or owner identity, personal contact details, that a business is interested in your offer, a response, or a sales result. A record is not proof of permission or interest in being contacted.
Responsible use and outreach
You are responsible for lawful use of the data and for your own outreach, including following applicable rules for the channels you use. Do not use the service for unlawful activity or to compromise other accounts or the service.
One-time credits and purchases
Credit purchases are one-time and do not renew automatically. There is no subscription. One credit purchases one delivered business. Pricing and the quantity of credits are shown before checkout. Card checkout is handled by Stripe.
Credits are held when a search starts and charged as leads are delivered. Unused held credits are released back to your balance. Delivered lead records are made available in your account; see the Privacy Policy for retention details. Releasing unused held credits is not a cash refund.
Bad-lead credit review and cash-refund eligibility are separate processes, described below.
Lead-quality review and refund policy
What qualifies as a bad lead
A “bad lead” for this review process means either (a) a duplicate of a business already delivered to the same customer account, or (b) a business that does not match the customer's original search criteria.
How to request review
To request review, the customer must send a support message through /support or email info@businessleadsearch.com, identifying the search and lead and explaining the issue. Support will compare the lead against that original search and account history to determine whether it qualifies. Approval is not automatic.
Response, review and account credit
Support will respond to the report within 48 hours. The lead review will be completed within 7 business days. If approved, the remedy is account credit (not a cash refund), returned within 7 business days after approval.
Full cash-refund eligibility
A full cash refund may be requested only for the customer's most recent credit deposit and only if none of the credits from that deposit have been used. If any credits from that most recent deposit have been used, that deposit is not eligible for a full refund under this policy. Refund eligibility is separate from bad-lead credit review.
This policy does not extend full cash refunds to earlier deposits. Bad-lead claims do not produce cash refunds. No cash-refund processing time is specified under this policy.
Support and privacy
Authenticated customers can send messages through Support. You can also email info@businessleadsearch.com, including if you cannot sign in. For a lead-quality report, identify the original search and the lead and explain the issue. For a cash-refund request, identify the most recent credit deposit; do not send account credentials or full card details.
See the Privacy Policy for information handling and privacy requests.
